Melting

Product Description:

For melting we use two medium frequency induction furnaces by the Turkish company EGES with the capacity of 4 t. Material is charged by the vibrating carriage which is shared by both furnaces. Casting weight is 0,5 - 20 kg.

Other information:

We use the following tools to ensure quality, not only in the course of melting process: Brinell EMCOTEST automatic measurement of hardness, spectrometer installed right beside the melting furnaces, HECKERT EDZ 20 tensile machine, ARL 3460 quantometer, NEOPHOT 2 microscope, sonotest.
